POSTPONEMENTS
First of all, I am sorry that you are having to read this page. It must mean that you are considering having to postpone your wedding, which absolutely sucks! I know this situation can be incredibly stressful...
... but just remember this... THIS TOO SHALL PASS!
Soon enough we will all be on the other side of this mania and looking forward to your big day once again. You may have to add a few more months onto your countdown calendar, but it will be totally worthwhile in the end. At the end of the day what's most important is having all your friends and family around you when you tie the knot and party like there's no tomorrow. Regardless of the day or month or year, being together with your loved ones tops it all. I want to assure you that your wedding is sooo important to me and I will do everything I can to make sure I'm there.
As you know, photographers and venues tend to get booked up to 2 years in advance, which means a lot of my peak dates have already gone, but do not lose hope - if it looks like I'm currently "unavailable" on your Plan B date, MAKE SURE YOU STILL CONTACT ME ABOUT IT BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE. The key here is communication - as I said I will do everything to make sure I can be with you on your big day, but it may mean a bit of give-and-take.
If you have to consider a weekday or Friday/Sunday wedding, or even a different month/season than you originally planned, don't worry! Hopefully this should save you money in the long run as I'm pretty certain most, if not all, of your suppliers will be fully available mid-week with no problems, which means you won't have to go through the stress of losing current deposits or finding new suppliers.
I have created a calendar below detailing all of my availability for May-Dec 2021 and Jan-Dec 2022. This will be updated as and when I receive new postponements and take new bookings.
